Danish Christmas Jingles in Shenzhen

On November 28 we had our annual Christmas Ball, which this time was held in Shenzhen at Shangri La’s 360 bar and restaurant. We were very excited to see how the guest would receive this special location, which was situated on the top floor of the Shangri La hotel in Shenzhen, with an amazing view over Shenzhen. Despite the restaurant’s round shape that made it impossible for the tables to see each other, people had a great time and mingled in front of the DJ console, when the dance floor finally opened after the dinner. The DJ duo who secured a real Danish Christmas party with all the Danish songs that you could possible wish for, was Frank Ovesen and Morten R. Hansen, who was directly flown in from Denmark for the occasion. Thank you Frank and Morten for making us feel at ‘home’ in China.

Again we had our own “Chief Chef” Leo Sørensen, who worked with the chef’s team at Shangri La on the Danish recipes, to secure a high quality of Danish Christmas food. Thank you Leo for your great work, and we who were there, can only say: “You’ve done it again!”

Further we would like to thank everyone who joined our Christmas Ball and made this another memorable evening in the history of DCC-SC. A special thanks goes to our sponsors who helped us making this event possible!
